Conceptual design
Whether you’re building a new home or remodeling an existing one, starting with a fine-tuned plan is essential! I work closely with home owners, builders, remodelers, and architects to conceptualize and plan spaces that function efficiently, meet the needs and desires of each client, and uniquely express their styles and stories. Conceptual design includes floor plan layouts, detailed and dimensioned elevations, and full-color 3D renderings.
material & finish selections
Need to select paint colors, furniture, wall art, light fixtures, accessories, etc., but don’t know where to begin or how to make selections that will ultimately bring you the look you’re wanting to achieve? No matter what you’re personal style preference, whether traditional, modern, transitional, coastal, rustic, industrial, vintage, eclectic, etc., I will work with you or for you to make selections that will uniquely express your style and meet your needs. Don’t know what style you prefer? Through the interview process, I will help you determine that as well!
Furniture & Styling
Time for a room refresh? Starting with a furniture layout that maximizes the flow and function of your room, I will work with you to select furniture and/or work with your existing furniture to create a space that works for you. It doesn’t end with the furniture, though! Those final touches (wall art, lamps, throw pillows and blankets, storage baskets, coffee table books that are unique to you, and other accessories are what bring the room together and make it feel like home!
